Classical Chinese exercises flow through a variety of graceful movements and postures. They are deeply relaxing and use the breath to develop a natural rhythm of mindfulness. There are numerous sets of exercise with a wide range of co-ordinated stretching, bending, flexing and coiling that nourish body and mind.
