About Us
The Cotswold Health Centre is Stroud's largest complementary health centre, situated above Mann Jewellers in the centre of town. It has 5 treatment rooms and a large group activity room, a float room, infrared sauna and vitamin D light therapy bed as well as a private colonic hydrotherapy suite. We offer a diverse range of therapies, classes and courses in large light filled rooms. Our reception is always happy to help if you need assistance and we offer a free 15 minute chat on the phone or at the centre if you wish to discuss your treatment with a practitioner prior to booking. Appointments are available Monday toThursday between 9am and 7pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, although individual practitioners may only work at certain times on certain days.

We look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful environment and helping you choose the     perfect treatment with one of our excellent therapists. We have Gloucestershire's only full sized Floatation Therapy Tank for complete relaxation and a Vitamin D Light Therapy Bed to banish the winter blues.
